PFS控制方式在国内大型工业项目中首次运用,成功解决热风烘干中温度/差压参数变量耦合扰动控制、热风量瞬间扰动难以保持控制平衡、温度控制大滞后等三大技术难点,热风温度精度控制到±3度,热风差压精度达到±0.02KPa。实现自动混料、自动烘干、自动破碎筛选三部分流水线作业。彻底改变以往该控制系统由于无法实现自动控制而采用人工手动调节的局面。
同时,该控制系统采用Profibus-DP、MPI两级网络系统,采用四个主站、16个从站。实现铝碳材料混料、烘干、破碎筛选、等静压机、窑炉烧制等全厂自动化网络监控系统。
